dvd

I use Realmagic dvd decoder card for my computer and use
the software supplied with it but sometimes under Win Xp
it will on occasion will stop playback of dvd and reboot
computer. I have got the latest drivers for the card.As i
have me computer partition with windowsME. This doesn't
happen under windowsMe.
Does anyone know what could be wrong. Please HELP
