I generated a table of authorities and one of the things I
noticed was that even though each case and statute was
marked it did not list every page number where each case
and statute was. Is that a glitch in this program? Also,
the attorney wanted all of the marks taken off each marked
case and statute before he would send it to the client.
Turning off the Show/Hide was not good enough. Is there a
short cut to removing all of these marked entries other
than doing them one by one?

Pat, are you referring to a feature in Word? If yes, you will want to ask
