I had my 2 computers networked through a router sharing
the internet and printers when they both were win2000. I
just updated the one computer to xp pro.
When I try to network my computers I get this message
that xp cannot be networked with 2000 that can't be true,
can it?
Help...

No it's not true - go to My Network Places and run the Set up a Home or
Small Office network wizard.

Thanks. I have done that and everything is fine till
time to to set up the other computer that is running
win2000. I get the following error message:
The Network Setup Wizzard is supported only on Windows
98, Windows 98SE, Windows Millenium Edition, and Windows
XP. Instructions for configuring a network for other
operation systems can be found in the help files in those
systems.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks again.

have you tried setting up theW2K machine manually rather than using the
network Wizard?
