Rid of icon from Notification area??

How to rid of icon "Safety Remove Hardware" from Notification area? Laptop
has no removable hardware, but this program has no "Do not launch at
Startup" option in its "Properties". I believe it may be done only from
Registry. Where???

Right-click the Taskbar >Properties > Taskbar > Customize and hide the
icon here.

It was done before, No effect, the icon still there and drain nmemory

Maybe it helps to reset the settings: "How to Clear Past Items from
