When you set up a new user account how do you pick and
choose the application you want the new user to be able
to access?

clue----which ever ones you want.
arent we glad we dont have lower case numbers.

Anything installed "All Users" will be available. Anything installed to an
individual account won't (but you can make it available my moving the menu
shortcut).
