Good Morning:
The computer I bought in July already had WinXP installed on the system.
How do I do a factory restore/reset on this computer?
I have tried "restore points" but they do not go back as far as July of
2003 when I bought the computer.
Thanks for any assistance or suggestions

Read the User's Guide or visit the support website of the manufacturer
of your computer for support assistance. System Restore only retains
Restore Points up to 90 days.

The Computer seller or OEM(orignal equipment manufacturer) should have provided you with a recovery disk or a means to access any hidden recovery partitions. This is usually the law in most advanced countries (maybe not the U.S. though) Go back to the plac
e you bought the computer and ask them. Retailers are usually quite helpful as they want your continued business. Good luck.
