Download Zip file from a web. Please help.

Need a bit more info. From the description it sounds
like a policy is in place within IE locking downloading
of zip files. If this is a computer on a network you
will need to contact your administrator to see if this
can be changed. If this is a stand alone computer and
not on a network try TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, SECURITY
and see if downloading can be enabled
