Uninstall Programs

[H. E. Lape, CWO4\(F&S\) USCG \(RETIRED\)]

Can't uninstall a program (CNET Download Manager) have tried using the Add
Remove Programs and the program Uninstall. Neither one worked. Thanks for
any help in advance.
