View Full Version : Get "E-mail not verified" message in messenger

My parents got a new computer with XP Home preinstalled.
They got onto Windows Messenger and signed in via their
Passport. Now they keep getting the pop-ups saying they
need to respond to some e-mail so their e-mail address
can be verified. Problem is, they never got the e-mail
that they needed to respond to or that included a link or
whatever. How can they verify their e-mail address so
they don't keep getting the popup?

Greetings Scott,
They (or you) will need to contact Passport Services and request another verification e-mail
to be sent to them:
