hi
Sorry if this is the wrong news group, I have just formatted and when I have
re installed I cannot access e-mail, I can browse the web and access my
e-mail on the web server, I downloaded the latest Norton 2002 updates and I
believe it is Norton thats the problem, I have searched the knowledge base
but cannot find anything, can anyone help, the error code that comes up on
outlook express is 0x800CCC0F

I think that error is maybe modem related.
If you type that error number into Google search engine, you should find
some useful help.

Disable email scanning of outgoing and incoming mail. It provides no
additional protection (and even Symantec says it's not needed:
