Greetings Kenny,
You'll only see the "I want to change this" if you're using a non-Hotmail.com/MSN.com
Passport. If you are using a Hotmail.com/MSN.com Passport, you'll need to log into Messenger
using your current address. Then, you need to save your contact list -- click the File menu
(or Contacts menu if you're using MSN Messenger 6) and then select Save Contact List. The
default filename should be fine, and just save it on your Desktop. Then go over to the
Desktop (or wherever you saved it), and check to make sure the file was created.
Then, you'll need to create a new Passport at http://register.passport.net, and once that's
done, sign out of Messenger (right-click the Messenger icon in the notification area/system
tray, by the clock and choose Exit), then sign in again (right-click the Messenger icon again
and choose "Sign In...") using your new Passport in Messenger, click the File menu (or
Contacts menu if you're using MSN Messenger 6), then select Import Contacts from a Saved
File, then locate the file you just saved on your desktop and select it. Your contacts will
be readded, and they'll all need to reauthorize you to their contact lists.
