Moving the All Programs Folder on the Start Menu

Hi,

I would like to move the All Programs folder on the start
menu to pretty much anywhere else on the first menu but I
can't see how to do this. I've had a look on the net and
the help files, am I blind?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You cannot move the location of 'All Programs' on the start menu to anywhere
else.
