Win. Explorer quits opening Shared Docs

Hi-

Windows Explorer almost always quits when I try to open
the Shared Docs folder. There's a Microsoft Knowledge
Base article about this (# 831938) that mentions a
hotfix, but I can't figure out how to obtain the hotfix
(except perhaps by paying them?)

Any ideas?

Read the Knowledge Base article again. It is very clear how you obtain
the hot fix: you call Microsoft, and there will be no charge for taking
care of just that one issue. Obviously, if you try and get additional
tech support unrelated to that issue, there would be a charge. So just
make the phone call and give them your credit card number when asked.
They will not charge you for the hotfix.
