I don't seem to have USB capability anymore. I have a
printer that is a USB, but the software will not load.
In checking the Device Driver, I note that yellow balls
are on all the USB features. The Windows help feature
indicated to delete all the entries (presumably this
meant 'uninstall')then go to 'fail safe' and remove them
there also, then restart. On restart Win XP
recognizes 'new USB hardware', but the wizard keeps
stating '...problem, unable to install...'. Any ideas -
I'm not able to use any of my USB stuf any longer. Can
not figure what caused the 8 ports to just go haywire.
Any duggestions?
