no mail program in control panel

have tried to find the mail program in the control panel
and cannot locate it,it is there on other computer w/xp,
but mine is missing...even eith new users

Does the computer have Outlook on it? If the computer doesn't have Outlook,
you won't get the Mail icon in control panel.
