I keep getting a stop error (0x000000032 or something close
to that) every time the power goes out. I have to run the
recovery console everytime. It takes an hour or two every
time. Does anyone know how to override this?

Greetings --

Get a UPS. The power outages are obviously wreaking havoc with
your hard drive and file system.

Those power outages are causing serious problems with your computer.

A STOP error occurs because no other action can be allowed to happen - the
system must be stopped until the cause of the error can be identified and
the problem fixed.

I agree with Bruce Chambers - if these power outages are that frequent
then you need to purchase a UPS to protect your computer from these
outages and allow you sufficient time to shut down properly when an outage
happens.

Good luck
