Hello,

I connect a PS/2 keyboard via an active USB adaptor to a notebook with
XP. If num lock is on, every time I press one of the four arrow keys he
does also act as if PrintScreen was pressed.

How can that be?
Thank you,
Jens

A standard PS/2 keyboard can not normally be used with a generic USB
adapter. The keuboard use different "keycodes" than what the USB is
expecting. You should only use a keyboard that comes with the manufacturer
supplied USB adapter.

You're right. But this adapter is an acitve adapter (with electronic)
that works with USB incompatible PS/2 keyboead and mouse.
