I am a sole user of a home PC with XP; when I attempted
to access files on a CD-RW from my old PC I got an error
message that I was not authorized to have access to these
files and should see the administrator. I am the only
user and my account is listed as the administrator. Is
this an XP matter, or the fault of the PC manufacturer?
