Cannot hibernate

Does the machine go into hibernation if you hit the power
button (assuming you have it set that way)? I am also
having a problem, but mine is with the timed hibernation.

If the power button one won't work, try checking you
programs. Mine wouldn't work at first, but it was because
Adobe type manager was interfering.

If you find anything out, email me because I am having all
sorts of problems with HP's lack or customer service.
