Do you have the latest drivers from the Brother website?

Please turn off your Caps Lock key. It's considered shouting, is extremely
rude and makes the posting difficult to read. It's probably a real factor
as to why your posting was not answered immediately. Many people will
ignore someone who is shouting at them.
