Webcam

New to windows xp. downloaded webcam, but everytime i
turn my cam on or somebody elses, it seems like my pc is
taking a snapshot or something. why is this or is it just
me ?

The problem can be due to your internet connection. If the guy lives on the
other side of the world. The internet would be obviously slower ;)
