I cannot run Symantec's Q&A with windows XP (home). With windows98 I
just copied all the program files into a folder and ran the EXE file,
and WINQ&A worked fine. This does not work with windows XP.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Joel

PS Luckily my dos version still works.

IIRC...

Q&A is very sensitive to the size of your hard drive/partition and will not
work if it is larger than a certain size. I forget what this is but it is
very small by the standards of today's drives.

I haven't attempted to run Q&A under XP but would suggest the following
course of action:
1. Create a small partition on your HD, 100 megs or less.
2. Install Q&A in this partition and attempt to run it from there.

If this doesn't work....

Download and install a DOS emulator which will run from within Windows.
(Google: DOS Emulator)
Again, you will need to make sure Q&A is installed in a very small
partition.

If this doesn't work....

Good luck.
