After re-installing Windows XP several times to get it
running. I ended up with what looks like a Win-98 taskbar.
How do I change it back to the XP taskbar?

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services, scroll down=20
to "Themes". Right-click on this service and select "Start". Make
sure this service is set to "Automatic".
