Can't delete a Reg key: Keeps showing up as a dead key when cleaning. Why?

Hi,
Windows XP Professional Edition Sp1:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{3DA165B 6-CC41-11d2-BDC6-00C04F79
EC6B}]

This key can't be deleted. I've checked my permissions, I've ran spyware
checkers, like Ad-Aware and Spybot. No Trouble found. I've even placed a "-"
within the key name to delete, but this key will not go away. Is it a valid
key?

There are no subkeys or values inside it, just what's listed above.
Any help in eliminating this pest, or why it should stay in the registry,
would be appreciated.
