When I attempt a download, I get a blank screen with a
square in the upper left corner. Inside the square are
colored shapes--triangle, circle, square. I right click
on this square and get a cached snapshot of the page,
which tells me that the particular download page cannot be
found. It's not just the same page either, it's several
different pages. Help!
