Winlogon.exe

When ever im browsing the web, searching for files, or scanning for ad-ware/
viruses

My explorer crashes and it goes back to the blue back ground then it reloads
it self and my desktop apears and very slowly the icons in the taskbar turn
up.
Ive scanned for viruses using avg..none found. scaned using spy
bot...nothing found. scanned using ad-aware 6.0..nothing found.

I looked up in my events view and found out what caused the crash...it
reported that
"The shell stop unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted" clicked the
link it offered me and told me it was caused by winlogon.exe

Any thoughts about how i could solve this
