HP printer - invoice program

I bought a new HP printer, but it won't print all parts of the invoice I create. My old printer did. How can I fix this?

Check with the manufacturer of the invoice program. There are probably
updates.

I'm not sure Printfil can solve your problem (it depends on what your
program outputs to the printer), but maybe it's worth a try.

Thanks Cari. I've tried contacting the company. The program is very old and I'm afraid the company may no longer exist. However, I am still trying other avenues to contact the makers in case they do exist under another name or something. I have tried t
his program on 2 different types of HPs and I think it may not be picking up preformated information and I cannot find any protection settings to change, if that were the case.
