I have never been able to get the compuetr to go into
screensaver mode while using my newest computer. I have
the servicepack1 and all the updates seem to be
installed. I have the screensaver set to run after 20
minutes, but it never happens. What should I do? Thanks.

Thatis most likely due to an application that prevents Windows from
seeing the computer as idle. See if these texts can help:

Go to the control panel, click "appearance and themes". Then go to
screensavers. Choose one and click "ok".
