Run time error '9'

I'm new at the computer and am having trouble with my
Weather channel program. Every time I click to open it a
message comes up that says Run time error'9' Subscript
out of range. What does this mean? Help!

Try reinstalling the software. If something has become damaged in the
program, this procedure will cure it.
