My Documents window opens at user logon

I have a My Documents window autostarting when anyone logs in to their user
account. I'm running XP Home, SP1, and have checked the following:

> anti-virus sites for this issue
> all user startup folders and the All Users startup folder
> the registry for "autostart", "explorer", "startup", "My Documents"
references (too many)

It's not a show-stopper, just very annoying.

Any ideas?
