microsoft "my money"

I have "my money" 6.0 files on a windows 95 computer. I
now have microsoft "my money" 2004 version on windows xp.
Without using the xp disc, how can I transfer the info
from old computer to new. If I have to use the xp disc,
will it also pick up a virus I think lives in the old
computer?
