I've recently upgraded from W2K to WXP professional. However, I cannot
create a dial up internet connection account as Remote Access Connection
Manager cannot start on local computer giving error 1079: The account
specified for the service is different from the account specified for other
services running in the same process.
Q329411(To do with system restore)
does not solve the problem.
Q822122 ( To do with upgrade from Home edition to Professional) does not
solve the problem.
Urgent help is needed.
