See "How to Automate the Disk Cleanup Tool in Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315246). For the defragger: create
a task for any application, then open the Properties for the new task
and overwrite the command-line so that DEFRAG is executed instead. For
details type
DEFRAG /?
at a DOS prompt.
