I have Works Suite 2002 that came with my Dell 4500
Windows XP Home. Can I import/export Excel or Access
file from outside sourses or do I need to upgrade to
something else? Maybe Office Standard Edition 2003.

You'll need to purchase & install "Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003".
The "Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003" does not include "Access".
