blocked pop ups

My bank statements are all blocked. Also all attachments from others. Please help me adjust so that IK can get them. Thanks

Check this:
In OE click Tools, Options, Security, and look at the box that says "Do not
allow attachments...." If it is checked, uncheck it by clicking on the
check.

Thanks Steve, but I do not have that option on Windows XP professional in the place you mentioned. Any other ideas? Thanks!!!!
