Recently read a review praising MS's OneNote. 2 Questions:

1. Does it need MS's .NET installed?

2. Is MS's .NET intrusive as I have heard.

You should do some research and reading about .NET . I don't think you understand what it is or what it does. It is the wave of the future so get used to it. Good luck.
