Colors not printing

I don't know if this is a problem with my Hewlett Packard Deskjet 722C
printer or my Windows XP or something else...so I'm trying Windows
first...

I can't print in color...the printer only prints in one shade of red.

So I put in a new color cartridge and this time it only printed in
shades of blue.

Any suggestions?

I would first try to re-install the driver. If it doesnt work, the culprit
is likely to be the printer itself.
