Edit Message Drop down

I have used it in the past several times. Want to use the
Edit Message feature included in the Edit Menu, in the
drop down flag, but I can't locate it. Thank you to a
guardian angel who can respond to this and help this nice
boy. Where do I locate it.

In what program? I've poked around a bit in Outlook Express and am not
seeing that menu choice. The OE help file doesn't mention the option either.
Help does mention a "source edit" for html messages. I use plain text in my
OE messages which explains why I would miss that choice in my setup.
