Satellite problem

Am using windows XP PRO and direcpc satellite
software (Hughes) for internet browsing. Each
time I startup a screen appears called
Satellite Diagnostic Interface.
It indicates the receiver adapter did not
initialize properly relating to the TCP/IP etc..
Tried reinstalling, called direcpc (their fix did not work).
Everthing works fine despite this input but
it is annoying.
Hoping some one in newsgroups might have some
suggestions.
