How can I stop XP Pro from creating a user folder within
Documents and Settings? Eventually the PC will be full of
User Account Folders! Thanking you in anticipation.

You don't have to store everything belonging to a user in there. Many
things can be moved. Examples: IE's Temporary Internet Files folder, OE's
message store, each user's "My Documents" folder.

While you can move some things, others will need to remain there such as
portions of the registry that are specific to that user. XP, and many
programs, will expect to find a user's folder in that location and use it
for varying purposes. Move personal files and movable items if you'd like
to do so but leave the rest in place.
