Auto Start-up of Windows Messenger

Even after turning off the 'start-up' of Windows
Messenger' in Outlook Express, and turning the automatic
to manual in control panel/admin tools/services/messenger
the bloody thing still logs on when I start up outlook
express. I have unclicked the 'remember my password' on
the messenger log on screen but still it logs on when
opening outlook express!

Help Please! I do want the program on my system as I use
it with family but I dont want it logging on until I
start up the program!

To correct this, close Outlook Express, then download and run this .reg file:
