Check to make sure you have enabled 'Remote Assistance'
To do so, in WINXP home, right click you desk top 'my
computer' icon, click properties/remote. I don't know what
to offer for advice in any other operating system. To help
other who want to help you with your questions, included
more information with your posts, i.e what system you are
running, what browser, etc.
