WinXp no alt tab ability?

Hi... Am having trouble with winxp and alt tabbing in and
out of things. I have asherons call 2 and I am used to
being able to alt tab out of the game but when I try my
game locks up and it doesn't minimize to the desktop like
it should. I have no idea why this happens or if Xp even
uses alt tab anymore but I REALLY miss it.

Can someone help?

Opal, the alt+tab function has not changed at all. It is the same in XP as
in '98.
The problem may have to do with that particular program. Try alt+tab with
some of your other applications. It is supposed to work.

Alt tab appears to work out of ac2 but up until I got this
new XP machine I could use it IN ac2. It is very
frustrating because I need to be able to do "other" things
while Im playing ac2. I have had more problems with XP
than it is worth!

Please someone help before I ram this stupid thing
through the WINDOW
