Think I've got the W32.Swen.A@mm problem. Symantec say
to deal with it I need to Disable System Restore + Update
Virus Definitions + Run Full System Scan etc. etc.
However, I cannot access any of these. When I first
switch on I get the message 'Memory Access
Violation.....' and when I try to get into a programme I
get 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or
file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to
access the item.' Does anyone know where I go from here
please? Am going round in circles!
Thanks Alex
