fatal error

Start with !!! (I KNOW KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPUTER ) The following two (2) messages pop up
on my screen: Fatal Execution Engine Error: with O K icon, clicking O K brings second message"Notify Alert .exe.
Common Language Run Time Debugging Services, Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0xc4(1946) Thread id=0xc8(200). Why do they pop up and how can I stop this from happening? ?.

You have a Dell computer and this is a part of the built-in Dell
utilities. Call Dell support or Google notifyalert.exe for much
information.
