Hi I moved Word onto the desktop of my computer (running
Windows XP) When my husband logs on as a second user,
Word does not exist under programs or on his desktop. How
do I get it back into the program file so that we can
both use it?

Copy the shortcut for Word from your desktop. Paste it into your husband's
start menu folders:
Documents and Settings\<his user account>\Start Menu\Programs.
If he wants a desktop shortcut as well, paste the shortcut into his desktop
folder:
Documents and Settings\<his user account\Desktop
