Cpu is running at 100% all the time. In taskbar, process, sms is causing
the high cpu usage and slowdown of computers. I end process and that fixes
speed, but when I reboot sms is using about 90% usage again. How can I fix
this? Also, sms is a startup item. Can I disable that?

Already answered in your other post. Please check recent posts before
posting again:
Could be spyware, could be a backdoor from the mydoom virus.

I suggest you run a virus scan with updated software and run these tools:
spybot -- http://www.safer-networking.org/
ad-aware -- http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

I did a Google search and it looks like you're right on target:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=sms

Yes there are legit apps called sms.exe, but I think this time it's the
mydoom backdoor.

There is a very important smss.exe - and I suspect this is a case of
hiding by hoping it will get confused with that. Other examples have
been cmd32.exe and system32.exe
