View Full Version : What file starts scandisk

I posted earlier, but apparently there are no answers, so,
another question...

When I started Scan Disk, it said it wanted exclusive
rights to the disk. How do I MANUALLY reverse this.

Every time I start the computer, it wants to run a scan
disk.

I tried to Install XP overtop and it was going just fine,
until the PC rebooted. Then it wants to start the scan
disk again.

I am sure there is a file that I can manipulate to stop
this from happening.

Thanks
