"New Programs Installed" Messege

Hi,

Is there a way to turn off this message or prevent it from appearing when a
new program is installed. I find it a nuisance. I have XP Pro

Right click Toolbar->Properties->Start Menu->Customized->Advanced
and UNCHECK "Highlight newly installed programs"
