View Full Version : JONATHAN PLEASE HELP!
Frustrated
February 12th 04, 01:06 AM
Using Windows Messenger on XP with an account I have had
a long time
I continually have been getting for several weeks now
"service is unavailable - try again later". So I opened
a new .Net account and can sign in with no
problems. I even tried closing the old account and
recreating it again
with a new password and still get the "service is
unavailable" message. But I can sign into .NET with the
old account on the .Net page - just Windows Messenger
won't.
What's going on? Thanks.

Hi,
I'm not exactly sure, but I think there may be a few accounts that are currently
inaccessible, although this shouldn't be lasting more than a few weeks. If you wouldn't mind
e-mailing me your Passport e-mail address (the one that doesn't work), I'll see what I can
do.
